Maybe it is the lenght of the vidéo ? It seems to work on short movies. Have you ever tried ?

Yep Maybe this could be the RTX 3000 series but i tried also on my laptop with Ryzen5/ vega graphic card and offcourse without cuda... same issue.

Hi everyone, I have exactly the same issue, i tried a very lot of setting and there is nothing to solve it... please help because i agree with a lot of people, this soft is just awesome ! Thanks you for this very great tool.

I have a similar setup : 

Running on Windows 10 - 20H2 and the RTX3000 Full version of the app.

Ryzen 7 5800 X - 32 Gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz - RTX 3080

Tried and failed on SSD, NVME, HDD.... 

With ou without Cuda

With or without Deduplication

With or without Auto Encode

With or without interpolate scene change

With MP4 export or MKV export

With all step or separate step

Result : Canceled each time....
